Who is eligible to register on the e-Shram portal?

Any unemployed worker, such as a home-based worker, self-employed worker, or wage worker, can register with the e-Shram.

Employees in the organized sector who are not members of ESIC or EPFO or who are not government employees can also register on the e-Shram portal.

Only Indian citizens and workers are eligible.
